From personal details employee can view his Name, Father Name, DOB, PAN, Email ID etc. They can get these details updated into the system by sending ESS request to their Managers.
Employees can view their official details such as Branch, Department, Designation, Reporting Manager, DOJ etc.
From Bank Details Employee can add his Salary and other bank account. These bank account can be used for Salary Payment by HR
With document management employee can submit their imported document to their HR from ESS portal. HR also can issue company or employee document to Employees.
With Assets Management you can keep and track the records for all the assets issued to and submitted by the employees.
Employee directory shows a list of all the employees with employee name, branch, department, designation, email etc.
A list of upcoming Birthdays shows on employee and HR’s dashboard. Employees can send Birthday wishes too from their ESS portal.
Manager can broadcast a news flash to all employees. These new flashes or announcement shows on each employee’s dashboard
From Timesheet employee can view his whole month’s day to day details about his attendance, absent, leave, OT, Tour, Week off etc.
Employee can send leave application from ESS portal. Once Manager approved that leave, it is updated into the system as well.
Send full day tour and half day tour from ESS portal. Manager can approve, reject, Mark these requests to HR also.
Employee can check his Current Salary and last paid salary from his ESS portal.
User can submit his investment details u/s Chapter 6A-80C, Chapter 6A-Others and HRA to get exemption in TAX deduction.
Manage your office, tour, travel and other expenses with Payroll Reimbursement Management feature.
Employees can check their leave status in the software and get knowledge about leave encashment.
Employees can easily check and follow their TDS / PF / ESI / PT details in the software. Simply login to your account and check all details.
There is an advance option for employees who want to know more about loan and advance information on the available options.

On the dashboard Managers are able to view, update and manage his team’s ESS requests
